My mom and I shopped here several times during the Christmas season. Each time we were warmly welcomed. One younger associate opened the door and retrieved a cart for my mom who was having difficulty walking. I also appreciate the forgotten touches, such as boxes for jewelry purchases. Always a great experience, great customer service.

The employees make the visit so enjoyable from their greeting with a smile as you enter to the time they take and conversation when they check you out. During the visit they make sure you are helped with any thing you need or are looking for. The store is cheerful, festive no matter what the holiday (but Christmas is so much more), and clean with enough room for no worries in knocking anything down but getting by without bumping into anyone. The atmosphere is very uplifting and it makes my visit a happy place to visit. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a card, a book, gifts, and so much more to visit. I have been a long time RK News customer; like since the days of the downtown store! I am always greeted warmly by whoever is behind the front desk. We have had special ordered books, had special issues of magazines held, been assisted many times in finding the perfect gift for special occasions and love coming in to pick up cards and getting lost in wandering the store. I absolutely love the new and different merchandise lately, the store has never looked better. Cheers!

I too have been going to RK News for a long time like since the downtown days. They are always friendly and very helpful. Great customer service which is hard to find these days. I have found special cards that I thought no one would have and sure enough they did. Great store.
